What I Do

From a very young age, written words are my life. I read extensively and write frequently. I love exploring ideas and putting together concepts. I distil heaps of information for other people to absorb or consume. Where other people would see completely unrelated thoughts, I would start connecting dots to create meaningful and valuable content. My life is content – strategy, editing, and creation.


I create content plans for brands that are just starting out in digital marketing. I study their identities, sometimes digging into their histories, and figure out what makes them tick. I use what I discover to define their brand voice and communication style. I help them define what they should sound like on social media, on their website, and pretty much any form of online correspondence, including email marketing.


Some brands already have content sitting on their websites. They just need a little help brushing it up and making it look new again. I come in and give their online presence a reboot.

It doesn’t always have to be digital content. Some people approach me to help make their stories flow and sound better. I also get asked to manage in-house publications, wordsmith press releases, and even do developmental edits for book projects.


I am a writer at heart. I love spinning words and getting stories out there – even those that aren’t mine. Sometimes you don’t even realize you have a story to tell until someone else comes along and writes it for you.

I’ve done AVP scripts, long-form and short-form articles, copy for infographics, and even white papers. I’ve also art directed some website and magazine designs. Creating is in my DNA.
